What is EWD? Front of EWD Building (panoramic view - left side Music Bldg., right side Da Vinci Hall/vending machines) The Economic & Workforce Development (EWD) Building is the home of most non-credit operations on-campus, including LACC Extension. Our main office (EWD 501) and computer lab (EWD 700) are located here. Previously, this building was the main location of departments such as the college bookstore, Associated Student Gov't, and the Cafeteria. Follow this link for more image views of EWD.

Where to Park

Street parking is monitored by the City of LA. Please observe all signs. We are not responsible for any citation you may receive in failure to comply.

Daily Parking $2.00 per day; you must park at Lot 1 located at Vermont Ave. and Marathon St. (across LACC)

Purchase an LACC Extension Parking Permit (see below).

LACC Extension Parking Permit

It's just $10! Valid until end of each quarter (see date issued on decal). Monday-Friday | Lots 1 or 2 located at Vermont Ave and Maraton Ave Saturday-Sunday | Lot 3 located along Heliotrope Dr (west of Vermont Ave) Please use this if Lots 1 and 2 are closed. Parking permits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you are enrolled in a class that has been cancelled by LACC Extension, and you are not enrolled in any other of our classes, your may receive a refund for your parking permit (when returned to us, of course).

Fountain Community Gardens 5620 Fountain Ave Los Angeles, CA 90028 Classes: Organic Gardening Sqare Foot Gardening Notes: Limited street parking available. Use of public transportation, walking, or biking is encouraged.
