This class focuses on the essential knife skills for a home cook, and teaches you slicing, dicing, chopping, knife sharpening and more to help you enjoy cooking! You’ll get a produce list sent to you before class so you can choose to cut along with the instructor in your kitchen. Participation requires a chef’s knife and cutting board.
