This course will provide you with a roadmap for turning your ideas into viable and valuable programs. You’ll explore how to define who your organization will help and craft an inspiring mission statement. Learn how to incorporate your organization, select a board of directors and write the bylaws. You’ll also get into the nuts and bolts of developing a budget, creating a marketing plan, obtaining tax-exempt status, and fundraising options.
