In this class, you will learn how to find the proper procedure (CPT-4) and diagnostic codes (ICD-10), how to do proper code sequencing, and when to use these codes.
Prerequisite: Medical Terminology or experience in the medical field.

ICD-10-CM for Physicians (Professional or Expert). Any preferred publisher.
CPT Professional Edition (CPT/Current Procedural Terminology). Published by American Medical Association.
For both books, old editions are permitted if only to be used for practice (2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017). Current edition (2024) if to be used for current year’s license exam.
