Ikebana is more than just flower arrangement! This stunning Japanese art form teaches you how to observe and manipulate flowers, leaves, and stems to bring the beauty of nature indoors. Using the Ohara curriculum of ikebana, you will build skills in the low bowl moribana tradition. The beginner friendly introductory class focuses on Hana-isho, meaning flowers for where we live and work.
Bring florist scissors, a low bowl that is 10-12" diameter and 2" deep, and a flower frog pin holder 3".
This is an intermediate class for continuing students or those with Ohara Ikebana experience.
