Alterations 1: Hemming

Shorties rejoice! This class will teach a variety of hems, including a standard hem, blind/invisible hem, narrow rolled hem, faux coverstitch hem for stretch fabrics, and original jeans hem. Students bring in a few of their own pants, skirts or tops to alter. Some sewing experience required. Familiarity with a sewing machine and garment construction is helpful. Limit 8 students.
