In this 3-week course, you will learn about shifting meal timing and using your body’s natural circadian rhythms to heal your cells, reduce risk of disease, and live longer. You may choose to start intermittent fasting during the class and get guidance on how to safely increase fat burning, lose weight, and promote longevity while still eating your normal foods.
