Frame Weaving **REVISED DATES!**

Discover the magic of weaving in this fun, hands-on beginner's class! Students will learn the fundamentals of frame weaving while creating a beautiful project that can be transformed into a wall hanging, coaster, mini rug, doll blanket, clutch, or other unique keepsake. Along the way, we'll explore the rich history of weaving, experiment with color and texture, and build the skills and confidence to continue weaving on your own. No experience is necessary.
 
  • Required Materials: *have materials ready for the first class. Materials can be found at Michaels, local yarn shops, or online
    • At least 2 different colors of medium #4 (worsted weight) yarn, can do more colors if you want later on in class, but start with 2 colors on the first day 
    • Scissors 
    • A plastic, wide toothed comb that is on the narrower side. One like this 
    • Colored pencils, markers or crayons
